In this session James will assist you better understand from a surveyor's perspective, what goes into the thought process and obligations to establish the 'all important' Plan of Subdivision: defining boundaries, setting lot liability & entitlement and identifying notations and their purpose. Then with this insight we will move on to the legal perspective. Anthony will speak to the actual interpretation of plans and how the boundaries translate into the responsibilities of the private lot owners, the OC and the role of the Strata Manager through the management processes: repairs and maintenance, the provision of services and maintenance plans.
