The Strata Management Practice Standard (SPS) is a business certification program for strata management businesses, exclusively available to SCA members. The program recognises businesses that have developed and adhered to documented procedures which are implemented to improve both client satisfaction and internal business processes.
In order to attend this workshop (workshop 2), you must have already attended Workshop 1. Attendance at both workshops is essential in order to be eligible to apply for SPS certification.
This workshop will cover the following:
- Opportunity to discuss matters arising from workshop 1;
- Assistance with procedure writing;
- Tools to prepare for the audit; and
- How to conduct an internal assessment prior to the audit.
