The Strata Management Practice Standard (SPS) is a business certification program for strata management businesses, exclusively available to SCA members. The program recognises businesses that have developed and adhered to documented procedures which are implemented to improve both client satisfaction and internal businesses processes.
Attendance at this workshop (workshop 1) and workshop 2 (next one scheduled 24th April 2019) is essential in order to be eligible to apply for SPS certification.
This workshop will provide you with: An overview of the SPS, Understanding and implementing the SPS, Documentation requirements, Practical examples, and the audit processes.
