As Strata Managers, most of what we do is about customer service and client relationships. It is certainly the most vital part of ensuring that our clients are happy and their business is retained. In order to deliver a service that meets the expectations of our clients, we first must understand who our client is and what their expectations are; and this can vary from one client to the next.

- How to deal with disputes and conflict;
- How to effectively communicate with your clients.

- Understanding, identifying and responding to different personality types;
- How our behaviours and actions can influence client expectations;
- How to say ‘no’.
