If such a situation arises, we recommend contacting the insurance company directly to seek emergency assistance and commence the claims process as soon as possible.

2. Tymaline Building Services
In partnership with Tymaline, Resolute offer all clients a dedicated 24 hour emergency response service, providing make-safe services.
For urgent repairs
First call Tymaline’s office during work hours on 8870 2222 or after hours on 0418 362 023. Then follow through with the online work order form and submit to TBS.
For non-urgent repairs
Complete Tymaline’s online work order form and submit.
